Enhances Visa Immigration Pvt Ltd — Fraud company & unprofessional employees

They are looting money from innocent people in the name of work visas. At first, they claimed it was completely free, but after a few weeks, they started asking for money. All of their employees, including Ankita, Hritik, Pooja, and Shivani, frequently change their phone numbers, and no one replies to calls or messages. It's been almost four months since my file was started, but I haven't received a single job offer letter from the company. They always demand money and then stop responding. When I ask for a refund, they claim it is non-refundable. However, at the time of asking for money, they always promise it is refundable.

We acknowledge your query regarding the application of yours
But as per the update of the application, your documents are not being verified from the background of your sources so your case manager requested you to proceed with the ECA which is a government process of Canada for the justification of your education documents

In this regard, you decline the request of the Case Manager and not ready to pay the government fees of ECA. That is why a process is been getting delayed from our end and you also did not responded to the Case Manager that you want to move for the further application without ECA.

FIRST OF ALL, none of your employees mentioned ECA fees at the time of consultation; they simply asked for 63, 350 rupees (refundable) as the full and final payment. Secondly, they requested the ECA fees after 5 months into the process. I would like to understand what transpired during those 5 months. Lastly, but not least, please 🙏 share screenshots of messages, calls, emails, or any evidence in which I did not reply to your so-called case manager.Because I have WhatsApp messages, call records, and email details where your diligent employees did not respond to me. If needed, please 🙏 contact me I will definitely share with you & also in court .

As per the information of yours we have received your documents according to the checklist on 18 July 2023 and it’s not been even three months of the process. The documents of yours were under the process and due to the documents your application was requested to go under a ECA filing.

And as per your words, we will definitely look into this matter with the Case Manager and why there was a demand of ECA maybe because there would be a negative impact into the verification or into your document. That’s why the verification by the government was asked to do the ECA filing for Canada

Please verify all the facts first. You requested documents on July 4th, and I submitted them on July 18th. However, your employee initially contacted me on May 1st, and I paid all the required fees on May 5th and May 26th. Furthermore, when they requested money, they assured me that they were ready to process my file with no pending issues, and they mentioned in an email that they would close my file within 4 weeks. So, when your employees inquire about anything, I have consistently submitted everything on time, and any delays are not my fault but yours. It's clear that the issues are arising due to your inefficient employees who lack the necessary file processing skills. Rest assured, I am prepared to take legal action regarding this matter legal notice already reached your office 🙏.
