Enigma Enterprises Pune — Fraud Company and Pathetic IFB

I had given complaint about my IFB Washing Machine on 22 July 2020. Complaint number is [[protected]]. It was assigned to Enigma Enterprises in Pune. Till date nobody has attended to the complaint. Their manager Anurag Yadav is least bothered about the customer. He does not pick up the calls. Pathetic liars these people are and i dnt have enough words how can big companies like IFB cheat us by outsourcing their services to such cheat people and they don't care about their customer hard earn money.IFB people are loosing trust on ur products and services and I am one amongst them and for sure I am going to spread this everyone I know so that they refrain from buying ur products for sure.

I have been calling IFB Customer Care for the last 36 days and everyday I have to repeat all the complaint details. And each time there is a standard response: Sir, we have ‘escalated’ the matter and a technician will visit you within 24 hours. There is ZERO accountability.

Last month the technician had visited home and conned us into buying the AMC. Now they are least bothered to even pick or receive calls.
IFB India should really re-think about their association with Enigma Enterprises
