I had booked 2 bhk flat in enkay garden vavanje villge at taloja midc area new mumbai in the year 2011 april, and was supposed to get possession of the flat by october 2012.in between i used to get reminders for the payments at regularly and paid whole money looking in to work progress after visit. But after final installment in the year 2015 things stopped for a very long time.in october 2016 i got message to take possession of the flat as the work is completed. When i went to site i found lot of work is incomplete and outer plaster& ceiling plaster is peeled off, doors are broken without being used.
Apart from room water supply is not established, lift is not yet installed, light is not provided to the flat colony roads are in bad shape.
Complaint was registered with project site engineer, there after neither i got reply from them nor a call about job completion.
When ever i call their vashi office and try to contact mr. Ramesh project manager, i am always either kept on hold or replied to call back after 2 hours or in the evening. I never get right reply from anybody who is responsible for the project nor i get mr. Ramesh on phone in the past 6-8 months.
I suffered following due to casual approach and cheating by the builders & developers.
1) lost tax benefits as i could not get loan because the builder couldn't furnish noc for the 4thank.
2) i had to collect money from the relatives to pay the amount to the builder due to non sanction of loan by the bank.
3) i lost revenue also for the flats not being constructed and completed in the past 5.5 years.
4) mental and health issues due to bad treatment and no response by the.
Builder.
5) without being used building getting older by 5 years for not completing the pending works.
I am ready to take my money back as the flat is no more useful to me.
