Enkoind — airpods purchase never received

I purchased a few earpods two weeks ago from this company enkoind, with a wed site address of www.enkoind.com, however, i never got a confirmation email after the transaction was completed and neither have i received any products to date in the mail. I became suspicious a few hours later when there was no confirmation email that i ever made a purchase. I did however, add some more items in a shopping cart immediately after my purchase as the prices were unbelievably reduced. The next day i received an email from enkoind but with this email - [protected]@protonmail.com - staying that i still have items left in my shopping cart. I have tried returning to the website and now it can’t be found.

I have ordered airpods from enkoind by seeing instagram add payment is completed and got reply as order is placed but after that I didn't got my product and I didn't got any reply I have mailed them multiple times but no reply. How can I get my refund.

I haven’t received the airpods i ordered at enkoind. i got a notification of my purchase via sms. They gave me an order no. and the link of the said purchase. The transaction was made february of this year. How can I get my money back?
