Dear Sir / Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Atul Surve, and I wish to formally lodge a complaint against Enterslice Private Limited for deficiency in service, lack of response, and non-fulfillment of contractual obligations.

In October 2024, I engaged Enterslice Private Limited as a consultant for the incorporation of my company, Matsu Tech LLC, in Delaware, USA. Subsequently, due to unavoidable circumstances, I decided to proceed with the closure of the company and entrusted the same firm with the responsibility of completing all compliance and closure formalities.

Initially, I was advised to pay USD 1, 000 + GST for the closure process, which I duly paid (on 22nd March 2025 IMPS[protected].
Thereafter, I was informed that the said amount was only towards compliance for FY 2024, and I was further requested to make an additional payment of INR 1, 01, 839, which I transferred to their HDFC Bank account (Paid on 16 April 2025 IMPS[protected]. Both the payment can be shown in bank statement. Snapshot attached

The receipt of this payment was duly acknowledged by their representative, Ms. Sonali Srivastava. However, since then, despite repeated follow-ups through emails, phone calls, and messages, I have not received any clear update, deliverables, or confirmation of completion of the closure and compliance work. On the contrary, the responses have either been absent or inconsistent, causing significant inconvenience, financial concern, and mental distress.

I have attached copies of all relevant communications, payment proofs, and supporting documents for your kind reference.

In view of the above, I respectfully request your intervention to:

a. Direct the company to complete the pending compliance and closure formalities immediately, OR
b. Facilitate a full refund of the amount paid, along with appropriate action for deficiency in service

Please they should also take a note that any kind of penalties if imposed by the authorities due to this delay, Enterslice will pay that amount.

I trust that the Honorable Forum will take necessary action to resolve this matter at the earliest and provide me with appropriate relief. I need your help as it is a clear case of cheating.
