Wish we could have read the above reviews first before investing with eFinlane.com for Lead Generation for my Business.
We registered with them in Sep-21 and we were assured regarding the leads from eFinelane.com.
We were promised of 10 genuine leads in the MOU but have received only 2 leads in the last 7 month. Both the leads received were not genuine(they have the policy to reject lead if the same doesn’t match clients interest). Hence NO GENUINE leads provided.
When we tried to follow up with them their Support staff was very rude (Support Executive name - Sita who was not ready to reveal her designation too when asked and was too rude to communicate). How can a Company which is delivering Services be rude to their clients who have paid them and not receiving any Services?
Hence I urge the people who are reading my review not to give any amount to this Company as the Company is FAKE and their Staff is non ethical. Was this information helpful? |
