Subject: Complaint Against Fraudulent Data Entry Job Scheme by Enum Project, Bhubaneswar
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Pradip Behera, a resident of Palli Garh Village, PS-Mahakalpara, District-Kendrapara, Odisha, am writing to lodge a formal complaint against a fraudulent data entry job scheme operated by an entity claiming to be Enum Project, with an office at Plot No. 235, Cuttack Road, Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I was deceived into paying ₹4, 500 as a joining fee for a work-from-home data entry operator job, which turned out to be a scam.
On 13th May 2025, I received a call from a person identifying herself as Sneha Ma’am (contact number: [protected]), offering me a data entry job. She instructed me to visit their office for further details. On 14th May 2025, at 12 PM, I visited their office at the aforementioned address, where I met Mr. Piyush, who claimed to be the HR officer (contact numbers: [protected] and [protected]). Mr. Piyush showcased a website sample for a transcription job (typing from audio clips) and offered three joining schemes: ₹3, 570, ₹4, 500, and ₹5, 400. He stated that for each hour of audio transcription, I would earn ₹200 and that the joining fee was refundable after completing 60 hours of work.
Unaware of how to verify the legitimacy of the website at the time, I opted for the ₹4, 500 scheme and paid the amount via PhonePe on 14th May 2025. I was promised two days of offline training at their office. However, no training was provided. Instead, they shared a video and instructed me to study it independently. Upon reviewing the materials, I discovered that the website and audio clips were fake, with inaudible audio that made transcription impossible.
When I requested a refund of my ₹4, 500, Mr. Piyush refused, citing their terms and conditions. I believe this is a deliberate scam designed to deceive job seekers by charging upfront fees with false promises of work and refunds. The website, likely enumprojects.tech, lacks credibility, as I later learned it has a low trust score and no verifiable credentials.
I have attached the User Id and Password which I got after the registration (https://enumprojects.tech/login).
I have attached the following documents for your reference and investigation:
1. Money receipt issued by the company.
2. Agreement copy provided by the company.
3. Online payment receipt (PhonePe transaction details).
I request your immediate intervention to:
1. Investigate the fraudulent operations of Enum Project at Plot No. 235, Cuttack Road, Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar.
2. Facilitate the refund of my ₹4, 500.
3. Take action against the individuals involved (Sneha Ma’am and Mr. Piyush) to prevent further scams.
Details of the Incident:
- Date of Visit: 14th May 2025, 12 PM
- Office Address: Plot No. 235, Cuttack Road, Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
- Contact Numbers: Sneha Ma’am ([protected]), Piyush Sir ([protected], [protected])
- Payment Amount: ₹4, 500 via PhonePe

I am a victim of this scam and seek your assistance to recover my money and ensure justice. Please contact me at [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com for any further information.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
Pradip Behera
