I purchased a sbw550 bk sound bar of Blaupunkt brand, on Jan.24th and delivered on 26th jan 2024 from Amazon. As soon it played the sound clarity and depth out put felt poor and the subwoofer connector pi to sound bar found loose fitting, the sound out put is not as described by them -300 WATS, it was feel like 50 WATS speaker and the sound feels like from a broken pot. I registered warranty and they agreed for reverse pickup on 30th Jan 2024, till to day they didn't picked up the faulty product or respond to my call, mail and watsap messages properly, once we send a message on watsap-the only one option they provided-after 3, 4 days only respond by IVRS/Automated replay.Even mail also not responding.[protected]@blaupunktaudio.in .[protected] nobody responds to this number.
