Enviro Realty — Payment not received

I had booked a flat in A/ 1802 Enviro Affinity whose possession is said to be in Dec 2024, however I received a call from Mr. Ravi stating there is an issue with the project and the possession will be delayed ( I also have chats to share ), since I have an urgent need for a room he mentioned he will refund the entire amount that I paid towards the booking, However its been mor than 3 months now and I have not received any revert from the team.
The team is even not responding to calls and emails. Request you to please understand my situation and at least share a revert
