This is Naresh Sachan, from Lucknow.
I got my vehicle Activa 4G (Vehicle No. UP32HY7537) serviced on 17th April 2022. My vehicle indicator was not working properly which was supposed to be resolved during servicing only. Two days later when the problem still persists, the staff members are responding that they didn't change the required part for there was the unavailability of spare parts and asked me to place the order for it.
If this was the case, couldn't they inform me earlier to place the order on 17th April instead of informing me on 20th April after my second visit.
I am very disappointed with the service of service center.
