• This content is a serious warning for all freshers who are searching for jobs. Please don’t join EP Software Technologies Pvt Ltd. The company’s address is: 583/1, Sree Kumaran Salai, Avinashi Road, Civil Aerodrome Post, P.C. 641014, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. The contact persons are Vignesh, Kirthika and Kailas. This is a total fraudulent company who cheats people for money. Initially, they would accept your candidature and give you offer letter immediately. Anyone can clear the interview—Trust me. The interviewers would be Shankar(CEO) and his wife Rani. The dumb fellows Vignesh and Kailas state themselves as HR Managers of the company. The funny fact is that those don’t even know the spelling of Human Resources. They are the ones who coordinate with you. Real trouble begins here. This Shankar makes you to produce your original academic certificates for verification and offers to sign a two year contract. The craziest thing in this is none of your certificates will be returned to you and the copy of the contract will not be given to you. The contract would force you to pay a whopping 3.5 Lakhs in case of breach. Once you are done with the paper works, you will undergo training for 2 months with no salary or stipend. Then you will be allowed to work on night shifts as an independent employee. No proper trainings would be provided. You will be forced to perform right from day one. Consider an amateur handling a Boeing. LOL. Harassments are of ease here. Foul languages are very common here. Worst place to work for girls. I have heard of a girl been molested in the recent past. No leaves granted. No salary on time. Entire PF and ESI are deducted from your salary, No employer contribution, which in turn affects your pockets heavily. If you take leave for a day, your salary gets delayed for 15 days. No incentives paid as promised. Even if a female employee gets married or pregnant during her contract tenure, she is not allowed to quit. Worst HR policies and work culture. Security cameras could also be seen in rest rooms. Your salary would not be appraised for the whole two years even if you give your best shot. There are some senior employees like Arun, Binil, Sharat who will never leave you/your sister/daughter to work in peace. Management never cares of these things. They just expect you to get your job done on time, whatever the situation may be. After tolerating these tortures, if you decide to pay them the breakage amount and quit, your certificates wouldn’t be returned back even then. They will inform you through email that you have to get it after the completion of tenure, just receiving your money. You cannot get a job without your documents. You would have no proof of evidence for all these things, as you don’t even hold any acknowledgment or contract copy. I was working with these impotent guys for a whole long 6 months.
