I am studying mbbs 5th yr in kyrgyzstan.. All my friends who applied got the scholarship money. 3 of my friends applied and went for 3rd counciling. They said 5th year students are not eligible for scholarship. But all my friends are from 5th year only. They got scholarship money. I didnt get. My status has not changed from then.
