I had made a payment rs 3200 on march 21st 2020, with payment request id[protected], using google pay gateway. On that day payment was pending with google pay, on 22 march 2020 payment gone success and credited to merchant (Got confirmation from bank). But when i tried to contact epayon (Currently only whatsapp available) they are telling me to contact bank for a refund which is un ethical approach. And they are not even going to reply any other words. And also blocking the numbers in whatsapp. Its really an unethical behaviour from the representative attending the customer service.
Resolution i need ss the amount they can transfer to my epayon wallet or they can transfer me back the money they received from my account.
