i was working as a staff in malayali healtha care pheno pvt ltd, its head office situated in Mumbai and its Regional office situated in chalakkudy for last 7 yrs.in 2017 with out any prior information the managing director of said office closed and disappeared an go to abroad .the said institution deposited in my name their share of Epf.After the closure said company i have lost my job, i have applied before the district labour officer to get my share of provident fund, but the organistion refused my request due to non authorised signature od said company and not received the closure report of said instituion.The MD of said company i not avialable and i canot produced the authorised signature of the said company and i have not received the PF withdrawal of completed four year
i request you to take necessary action to get my share of provident fund
