[Resolved]  Epic Research — worst service_ all cheaters

First i opted for stock cash service i paid full amount on 06.07.17 but service activated on 12.07.17 during this gap period my executive miss priya given one telephonic stock call (Just due to delay in starting service) after giving this call she has not given any follow-up i have called her so many times but no response at all. Finally due to this i lost 16000/- that day. Finally on 12.07.17 my service started and that they almost all call hits stop loss. I called to executive priya but she had not attended call as usual. Any how i was able to connect with other executive miss poonam. She told me that you should take our premium service of rs.22000/- and guarantee you that you will make huge profit in it. She also offered that she will adjust the previously paid amount with this new service and you have to pay only 15800/- and also offered that they will provide 45 days service. I immediately paid the said amount same day on 13.07.17 but service activated on 17.07.17 for only 24 days in place of 45 days.in this gap period miss poonam has given three calls but all three calls hit stop loss and i booked a loss of rs.18000/- approx. On 17.07.17 (When service stared) almost all call hit stop loss or had to exit on cost. Today on 18.07.17 i purchased one share as per advised given by company. For this particular share only one buy call message came ie. Cox & king i purchased it but it neither hit target nor stop loss for advice i called several time to poonam and all number i had but nobody has responded. Finally i had to exit from this share on 10 rupees below and make loss of rs.10000/- (Purchased on [protected]@279 and sale [protected]@269).
This is the service provide by epic research. My service is active till 09.07.17 but i am blocking all the messages of epic from today. I have booked total loss of approx rs.60000/- including service charges. Request you all not to enter in this company at any cost.

We understand the issue raised by you, we need to clarify that it is well informed in all our conversations that Epic never provides trading calls through voice calls hence avoid them if you received the same, Do trade with stop loss. Epic never assure any guaranteed returns and Investment in the capital market is subject to market risk.
It takes time to comply with the statutory requirements before we start the services, hence your services where rightly activated on time. Services where rightly rescheduled as per your request. As per our records you have successfully received the services you have subscribed for, which are further kept on hold as per your request, you can avail your remaining services on a prior notice within 3 months.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I think you have not understand my complaint it is not about losses in capital market it is about irresponsible services by your executives and losses because o[censored]nprofessional behavior of them. You have replied in a very easy way without understanding the proper problem or perhaps it is very cunningly replied. I have some point which I need clarification from your side:-
1. Your executives calls many time and respond to each and every calls, only till payment is made, once payments done nobody is there to respond to customers calls even after various calls try in this regard.
2. As you have clarified in your reply that your company not provides trading calls through voice calls than why your executives doing such practice very frequently and why you are not taking any action against them because they are breaking company policy.
3. Telephonic trading calls and losses due to that is a very common complaint for our company and you are very much OK with them that’s why this practice is still going on. This practice is very well known to your seniors also. Should you not be strict on this for your customers.
4. If you are comfortable with this things than you should also be comfortable with deviating refunding policy also and so I demand you to please refund my money because I am totally not interested to continue it.

This practice of your executives is not only making loses for customers since we are not getting guidance when required, because of not responding of calls, but also making negative impartation of your company.
Any way I once against demand you to refund my money as I am not interested to continue with you and also request you to reply the above point.
