Complaint marked as Resolved Sir,
My Epson L380 is not working from 14/05/2018. When the Plug is on the printer will show green light, but it is not done. I have changed the wire (connecting to the Printer) but still the power is not appear. More over my technical knowledge about Epson Printer is less. You are examining my complaint through my e-mail and saying that my complaint is very short?? ..I couldn't get you??.
You should understand very simply that MY Epson Printer Machine is not working from last Monday 14/05-2018, and that is my Complaint. I have informed this complaint over phone to one of your executive (Ref: my complaint No:4840066), and she gave me contact number of your Malappuram District Service center. The same explained to them also. But unfortunately no one still attended to the complaint.
Hence I am once again lodging my complaint regarding "Not working of my Epson L380 Machine" .
Hope you will take serious action and service in this regard.
