    Paid security amount rs.20000 and now the company is fraud and lost my money.

    I HAD PAID RS.20000 AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT ON 6MARCH 2014 TO THE COMPANY EPTA TECHNOLOGY PVT.LTD. The company made one year bond and said the money will be refundable after 1year. the training period will be of 90 days. and the joining will be on 22nd march 2014. Now on this day we got information the company is fraud and no one is responsing for it. they taken my money and now the company is not present. the owner of company is from JAIPUR.br...

    EPTA technology had taken the interview for placement in pool campus at Solapur.I am one of the selected candidates of Sinhgad College Pandharpur.I have paid 20000 on 15 feb 2014 according to Hr.Also they have taken stamp paper from me.But now company is closed from last 4-5 days and single person from company not responding to our call.I have read news from news paper and facebook that company is get sealed.So what i can do ?
