Equitas — fastag service charges

Have applied for a fastag through equitas. While talking with them they mentioned rs. 500/-, but in the whatsapp messages they said rs 600/-, but suddenly when the amount is transferred they have increased the fee to rs. 700/-. When questioned, she was mentioning something and literally blabbering.in fact, once the tag is issued, they didn't even transfer the money deposited initially. When i pass through the toll, their they mention that it is 'black listed'. No clue what dies this mean. Equitas team didn't even respond to the phone calls made and their customer care is very poor and doesn't bother to be polite. When talked they were very rude and immediately said cancel the tag.. I cancel.. But my request is do not go through equitas. Absolutely pathetic service and not caring for the customers. May be they have a huge customer base that made them not to bother about customer complaints..
