Equitics Global Research — Interruption of service from Equitics for a long time with and negligence in account handling

I would like to launch a complaint about the service provided by equitics global.I had been paying the fees for the packages and my last payment was on 18/11/2019.After the transaction there was very little interaction from the fund manager appointed for the purpose of trading.I had been consistently adding funds in my DEMAT account as per his instructions.but there was no trade done and after a long time when he was contacted he seemed to be giving me wrong information about the amount deposited and even was unaware of my account details he was trading for. Almost 3 years I had been fooled around with lot of excuses with very little or no professional approach shown.I would like to know the final status of the packages being worked on and get back my pending money.
