I have selected the package in this company and paid the money for respective package and they have done trading in my account for 1 month after that i have paid for next month but due to the medical emergency i have taken the money out of my trading account next day and they are saying they can't return the money paid by me, i currently don't have money so i was asking them to return it has been 15 months they haven't returned yet.
I have already posted the same complaint here but i have got no positive response from them i have been waiting but instead they have closed the request as resolved.
I want this to be considered as priority as there is no action plan taken previously. Was this information helpful? |
