Equitymaster — Technical terms used in their policy not understood and refund not made

I have paid Rs 13500 as part of Weekly cash alerts. They said they would return the amount in double the credits if not satisfied. And Vijay mentioned it would take only Rs 70 K to make profits. I was shocked to see the recommendations have very little teeth in them. The oil recommmendation given recently hardly fetched 10 - 15 points contrary to what was promised.

I am requesting them to refund the amount as I am not at all satisfied with the recommendations leave alone the credits that they promised.

Its a very good company. I recommend as many to take trial and see their worthiness.
