Dear CEO Madam,

Myself Er.Brajesh.K.Varshney S/o Late Shri R. L.. Varshney is legal owner of house no. A-83 Sector 36 Noida with plot registry documents in my name since 1991.

Madam, Mr. Rajesh K. Varshney (younger brother) allowed to stay for some period on temporary basis on small portion of house.

Now Mr. Rajesh K. Varshney has started construction activities iillegally in mandatory rear side open space and on some portion of first floor terrace unauthorizedly (without any ownership rights )without sanction of Maps & Permission from construction division of Noida Authority .

My request is to dismental and remove all unauthorized construction as stated above done by Mr. Rajesh & wife Mrs. Kusum at the earliest and restore status as per approved completion plans by Noida and save my interest.

An early action in this regard will be
appreciated.
