I would like to bring your attention for my xuv 500 with registration details as ‘kl 58 t 2002’ which purchased on 23rd aug 2016.
It has been noticed and informed your authorized dealer, evan motor pvt ltd. At kannur district, kerala state that my vehicle most of the area are of rest like - all over the silencer, bonnet, most of the area of 3 doors (Inside area), closer to rear break light and so on which i believe not common in the period of 2 years and i have right to get it replaced with new parts. The complaint has been informed and follow up 3 times for the past 2 months times and always receive same feedback that waiting for reply by head quarter that also whenever i follow up with them but in vain.
Kindly requesting your immediate action in this case and looking forward your positive feedback and action to replace the all rest coated parts.
