Ericson Insurance Tpa Private Limited — insurance tpa is not processing reimbursement, not processed even after 45 days of receiving all docs

MY corporate REIMBURSEMENT IS NOT BEING PROCESSED BY "ERICSON INSURANCE TPA PVT LIMITED" they are creating mental harassment. The reimbursement is for my mother hospitalisation.

It is to be informed you that the following reimbursement Id
533178( hospitalisation)
526306.1( post hospitalisation)
has been created under accountability of ERICSON INSURANCE TPA PRIVATE LIMITED for my mother hospitalisation and post-hospitalisatin expense reimbursements.

all original documents for hospitalisation and post hospitalisation have been sent to ERICSON TPA KOLKAT ADDRESS AND WELL RECEIVED THERE.

After multiple followups the reimbursement is not being processed. only assurance and delay is being created with tremendous mental harashment.
And again and again they are asking unnecessary documents and creating mental harashment, even all original documents WITH all doctors prescriptions have already been provided to ERICSON insurance TPA pvt limited kolkata address.
