Today I had tele talk and informed that claim no 137636 & 136174 have been rejected due to late information and late submission of paper.

I had already intimated in 12/04/21 5.07 pm and patient claim No 137636 was admitted on 11/04/21 10:35Pm and discharge on 19/04/21 (Papers submitted on 8/5/21 by Courier for which confirmation received via SMS on 14/5/21) which shows that both intimation are quiet in time i.e. within 24 hours & 30 days after discharge.

Moreover I had also tried to contact on cell no.on 13/4/21 regarding non receipt of claim no. for which I was informed that due co lockdown it will tale time for generation of claim no. You are requested to re open anc settle the said claim.

You are requested to please settle claim immediately without any further delay.

My Mediclaim No 137636 lodged with Ericson TPA.

It seems lots of people of our JAIN community is facing problem through Ericson TPA regarding claim settlement by raising false problems.

I have attached my email & correspondence for claim and there is no fault from our end, even though claims are rejected stating late submission.

You are requested to please look into matter on behalf of our community and do needful.

Please note that we had approached Sterling Hospitals, Rajkot only after confirmation on Ericson poral as cashless, so there was no reason for intimation prior to hospitalization, but when reached hospital at 10.15 Pm and admitted my Father, age 85, Covid +ve, I was informed that Ericson TPA is no longer cashless since many months and even after several reminders they are knowingly not removing our name from portal. I had no alternative but to deposit Cash of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (One Lakh ) else patient would not be admitted.

See the scenario as it was Lockdown. carfue in Rajkot and nithg 10.15 PM. and so I had to request relatives & friends to collect cash and deposit.

Please take this matter seriously and do needful as I have full faith in our community persons looking after Mediclaim.
