With due respect I like to complaint and take help from your end I Ashes Choudhury Residence of Tripura state, Whereas, on the dated 6th Sep. Of 2012 vied bearing Registration Follo. No= ERIS/26572 Certificate No=26572 I did do a fixed deposit of an amount RS= 2, 00, 000.00 (Rupees= Two lac only ) as per over said Co. PLAN=A(Gr=1) Which Policy No=A11625, POLICY HOLDER NAME= ASHES CHOUDHURY, & Maturity Date=06th March of 2014 A.D., Maturity Value RS= 2, 40, 000.00(Rupees= Two lac & Forty Thousand only) . But now I can't contact with Company.'

I have to inform you again that till now the Company didn't contact with me and don't solve my problem. I am from very poor family .I deposit said amount after receiving gold loan from State Bank of India. I Sri Ashes Choudhury a beneficiary from a small Village of Tripura . So kindly I request you again back my money.
