I am writing this mail with great disappointment. I had subscribed for DNA Newspaper coupons in the month of Jan 2014. I had issued a cheque no. 495838 of Rs. 500 dated 11th Jan 2014. I was given receipt for the same.
Sorry to inform you that till date i have not got the coupons . I had been chasing your call centre office i.e[protected] for past two months. i had been informed every time will get the vouchers within 3 working days. Now its already been two months and three days are not still come .
Your call centre exe had given one Mr. Patil no. ie. [protected] to follow up with the vouchers. When i tried to contact him he has no idea regarding the same and informed me i will he find out and will give the voucher within a week time.,
I don't understand if the voucher are delivered from office then why he is taking a week time to deliver the same. After that for two weeks his mobile was switched off . Even your call centre office no. was just ringing.
This is pathetic from such esteemed organization like yours. I am facing a very bad experience for a mere Rs. 500/- of subscription.
