Eros Corporate Park Manesar - Ajay Enterprises — FIR ordered by court for Fraud

I had invested in the Eros Corporate Park have been cheated by the builder. The Honorable Saket Court has directed the police at Hazarat Nizammudin to file an FIR 406, 420 against Eros Corporate promoted by Ajay Sood owner of Ajay Enterprises. Please find the order enclosed through attachment, directing the police to lodge FIR on Ajay Enterprises. If I were to put this in short, Ajay Enetrprises could not have entered into any sale agreement/ deed and collected money till it had paid HSIDC the full amount as per the contract. However they started selling the offices in 2006 whereas the last payment of 9, 68, 48, 200 was paid in 6.11.2009. Please see the last two para of court order, rest the entire order can be seen through attachment, 8. " In the present case, it is alleged by the complainant that the accused company had cheated various persons at their hard earned monies by selling the land without having the authority to do so from HSIDC. In these circumstances it is clear that the alleged accused company had malafide intention at causing wrongful gain to themselves and wrongful loss to the investors by misrepresenting the facts." 9. I have been a subscriber of Hindustan Times since last 40 Years and I believe that you would cover this story in all earnest without seeing how big, influential or advt revenue earning HT collects because of this builder. Please also find enclosed through attachment the FIR. Also it is poignant to inform that the court had directed FIR with section 406, 420 and 506 however, the FIR has been registered only on 406. There is a very clear connivance between the police and the Eros corporate park, which also needs to be highlighted. There is a brazen display of money and power and if not media then no one can take these high and mighty. Noe the delhi police is helping the. We stand victimes not only of the builder but delhi police also.
