Eruka Forbes — Refund of AMC paid for not working water filter

I have paid Rs3699 on 26th October 2026 to Eruka forbes for AMC for one year on 26th October 2026 for my Aquagaurd water purifier model NXT Max and when Technician came and after inspection on 27th October 2026 and informed that pump is not working and can not be replaced as this model is outdated and spares are not available and suggested to get refund AMC back.accordingly i have contacted and send emails to customercare and greivenance cells but so far no response .When the unit is out dated and spares are not available why Eruka forbes should collect AMC .I want my money back early.
