Esaf Small Finance Bank Ltd — About non payment of emi by bank after collecting it from me

I am sangita Prashant Tayade took loan of 70000rs from ESAF small finance bank ltd which disbursed on 26 march 2024. The very first emi was collected before the due date and entry was made on loan card by the collecting sir then till date 3 sir (for emi collection) changed but every time i pay the emi i take the entry on loan card from collecting authority (that i have paid the emi). Now out of total 48 emi on 47th emi sir says that my two emi's are pending when I can see on loan card that only last emi is pending. Now they are saying that my first emi is also pending I have shown them the loan card that first emi is paid by me and same entry is made on loan card. Some malpractise is going on as they never mention about non payment of first emi, on last emi they are saying first is also pending, similar discrepencies are happened with another member of the group, previous loan of 30000rs same discrepencies has happened, extra money of one emi they have taken from all member of group. This time I wont pay any extra money, I will pay the last emi as per loan card and i want my loan to be cleared with NOC.
