Escalancer Institute — request for refund due to non-availability of promised morning batch for data analysis course

I enrolled in a Data Analysis course at Escalancer for the morning batch and paid an amount of Rs: 4129 on 27Dec2024. During enrollment, I was assured that a morning batch was available. However, after making the payment, I was informed that only evening and weekend batches were available.

Since I cannot attend evening or weekend classes due to my prior commitments, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the institute refused, stating that they do not have a refund policy. This refund policy was never communicated during enrollment or mentioned in their brochure or website.

I believe this is a case of misleading information and poor service. As a consumer, I am entitled to a refund as the service I paid for (morning batch) was not provided.

I kindly request your intervention to help resolve this issue and ensure I receive a full refund of [4129].
