I am a housewife. Due to my Obesity last week on 2nd june i went to ESCASO a fitness centre. there for Dr. consultation Rs. 500 charged. As I am also a follower of plastic money by our govt., I paid by credit card. But according to them payment with credit card costs Rs. 78/- extra.They charged Rs578/
