Hi Team,
I hope you read the email completely understand the issues faced over a period of time with our Escon Elevator/lift.
I would like to escalate the persistent issues regarding the maintenance to higher authorites and proper Escalation channels regarding our lift about the persistent issues even though it is under an *active* AMC agreement with Escon Elevators Pvt Ltd. Despite multiple calls, complaints, and feedback provided over the past 2+ years, no corrective action has been taken, and faulty parts remain unreplaced.
Issues Faced:
1. Regular maintenance has NOT been carried out as per AMC terms. Once in 60 to 90 days the eye wash service is being carried out. Why does the customer need to remind you to come and service the lift? Absolute rubbish!!!
2. Faulty parts (Calling Buttons/Card/ Display Panel/Rollers/Bushes/Screws/Nuts etc) have "NOT" been replaced even after identifying and confirmed by the technician leading to continued operational issues. Even multiple call reminders/written feedback have gone in vain.
3. "NO" response or action has been taken based on feedback provided even after service visits that needs parts replacement.
4. Your technical staff are half knowledged and I am not sure if you guys are having any reservations or restrictions in employing staff from a particular region, religion or community. They are absolutely incapable of solving even minor issues as well. They are just fit for oiling and greasing work which can be done locally by paying 500/- per lift per month. So why are you charging 4000/- per month approximately towards the AMC contract?
5. Technicians or your staff members concerned give lame excuses and reasons that parts need to come from Mumbai is one of them. Even basic parts like Rollers/Bushes/Screws etc are "NOT" been carried along with them.
It is highly disappointing that, despite repeated follow-ups with the local maintenance incharge/head, there has been absolutely "NO" response or resolution. Given this history of negligence since this lift has been setup since 5+ years with warranty and all the Annual Maintainence Contracts, it is completely unjustified to demand a renewal payment of ₹46, 575 for the AMC extension starting[protected] without getting the issues rectified which are long pending since ages (2+ years). I would also like to bring to your notice that as agreed if the service is not done every month in a timely manner there would be extension of the AMC contract dates. However, that didn't happen as the above date should be further extended based on the history of service.
Should this matter "NOT" be resolved immediately by replacing the necessary parts with brand-new ones and ensuring proper service, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this further to the Consumer Court/Forum.
