escort finance limited — Fixed Deposite not paid

Dear Sir,

My deceased father had invested in Five ( 5 ) Escort Finance Limited Fixed deposits in the year 2001 for 1 year and which were supposed to mature the month of OCT / NOV 2002 (as per the details attached herewith).

In the meantime my father was diagnosed with lung cancer in the year Oct 2002 and expired in the year 2005. Due to mental trauma, we could not take up the matter with the competent authority at that time.

We have already surrendered the original fixed deposit certificate at than Kolkata office of Escort Finance Limited located at Berger House, 129 Park Street, Kol-17. A copy of the Receipt and FD certificate held is also attached for need full.

Earlier we had made several efforts to get the amount realized. But unfortunately, we could get any reply from them. After surrendering the certificate the Kolkata office was closed by Escort finance. We mailed to escort finance on the 22nd of Feb 2016 & then on the 8th of April 2016.

You are therefore requested to do the needful and help us to get the Principal amount with upto date interest.

In the meanwhile, we have permanently shifted from J.C Mallick Road,
Hirapur, Dhanbad, 826001 to Kolkata ( address stated below)
