I just found an online job to do which I can do in my free time that will help me to pay my school fees and expenses, so I found one job on internet . I got one job on Esentire Networks . They messaged me through WhatsApp, I thought it was a genuine company so I replied and joined that company . They gave me lots of work . When I was typing it was wrong information but still I thought it may be correct one so I continued that but after some time i got some issue with log in so asked their helpline number to ask . I asked them how to resolve my problem but can’t help it . Like they were there to help but they couldn’t. So messaged the person who contacted me that they are not helping me . The whole day passed they didn’t helped me and at last they texted me to contact the other day . I asked them “ What about my problem ?” They till date never replied. So my work which was given to me remains pending . And today they send me an email in which they’ve written that I have contact them and the mail contains this Respected Rozmin Anwar Panchi,

I mailed them that I didn’t got any support and that’s the why I was failed at my task but they send me another mail that says I agreed to do task on time . They also messaged that they will always help me whenever I need but they never helped me and now they are sending text like this . I don’t know what to do ? I searched my problem on Google and it shows that there are lots of problem like this . I fear that I got trapped in that . Please help me
