Eseva — Epayment transfer not paid to customer

On 27=07=22 an amount of Rs2171/- was transfer through net banking from my sbi jalandhar account for credit of my property tax( property ID PT-1013=605810) to MC Jalandhar. but till date no amount paid/credited to beneficiary ie mc jalandhar for payment of my above property tax. Further payU has confirmed that transaction has successfully processed on 28-07-22 as per thier record the transaction ID is PB_PG_2022_07_27_225369_91
