Driving license Renewal paid second time on 6th, June, as payment on 5th June failed and refund initiated. After confirmation from eseva end, a second payment was made on 6th of June. My bank says both transactions are successful.
eseva says refund initiated and credited to my account successfully. As credit not received, I requested for transaction details- date, time and ref ID, to enable me to take up with my bank. Instead, eseva is asking me to share my up to date bank statement. No reason, no explanation. Please arrange refund, advise. If required, I can share the email correspondence
