[Resolved]  ESIC — Not responding - Bad attitude

It's my 2nd visit in Noida Branch Sec-9 for addition of my husband's name in my ESIC. But the person was not available (was on leave) and no one was available to attend us. When we requested someone to take our application, the person was so rigid and said I do not know about this work and no one available for this work and no one replaced with that person to work on his/her behalf Our travelling expense for a day is approx Rs 200 even after spending this much of amount we did not reach to any result. It's govt organization and no one is scared of anything as no one is available to hear complaints about them One more thing, do we have any ESIC Delhi office where I can go for any issue as going to NOIDA is not a easy task Regards, Geeta
