[Resolved]  ESIC — Patient Discharge

I want to file a complaint against the staff who are looking for discharge of patients at ESIC Hospital, Basai Darapur, New Delhi-110027. My wife Ms. Urmila Singh (IP No: [protected]) was discharged on 25-Nov 2014 from Gyne Unit-II and they have prescribed for some medicines. When today we goes to dispensary for medicine they said that patient is already admitted in hospital. Even we have shown the discharge form to the representative but they had not given the medicine. We already discussed with the nurse at same ward she said that we can’t see the name of patient in system and not ready to provide any help/discussed. Till the time patient will wait for medicine. Please help me to confirm that who will be the responsible if patient get some problem without medicines?
