ESIC — Payment not received

I have submitted my private hospital bill on dt. 25.09.14 but till date the amt. is not credited in my bank a/c. I ask them for my payment he says that near about 4 years more than 1000 peoples bill is pending your bill is only one year old. kindly help me of success me what I do for reci. my payment in time I am very regretted.. my ESIC NO. [protected]solve my problem as soon as possible.
