I received my packages here in South africa yesterday...I opened the package to find almost all the items defective. The material had rejects and the embroidery work is very untidy. It's deception because it's not what I orders .
I sent them videos of all the defective clothing items the sameday. All had the same rejects.
I'm assuming it was the batch of material they used.
I request them to please take back but they refuse to refund me. They said they dealers said it wasn't like that went he sent ...which made me realize they are not seeing the items themselves before sending to all their customers.
They are taking their deals word for it and are claiming that I might have rejected the items.
I also asked them what they return policy was before purchasing and now they are going against they word. I have a recording of what she said the return policy was. Was this information helpful? |
