I have ordered two shoes from this instagram page doing prepaid order of Rs. 2498 . Due to wrong number they were not able to deliver parcel and even after RTO is done via parcel service they have stopped receiving the call or addressing calls on instagram or whatsapp.
I want to raise a complaint for the mental harassement due to continuous followup on my parcel and the person Namita gupta owner of estelle shoes who is not responding and causing me mental stress.
