Esuccesstime — job fraudulent

I receive as a call from esuccesstime regarding job opportunity where they didn't provide me any services from their end, later on, they agreed to refund 50% amount after a long discussion.
They were supposed to pay within 20 working days now i'm unable to reach them even my emails are been rejected by them.

Please help me out to solve this problem.
