🚨 EXTREME CAUTION: STAY AWAY FROM ETERNAL TRIPS PVT. LTD. — NOT EVEN WORTH IT IF IT’S FREE!
I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers: Think a hundred times before dealing with Eternal Trips Pvt. Ltd. I personally would not take this membership even if it were offered to me for FREE.
On 26 August 2026, I paid ₹21, 599 for their travel membership after receiving the benefits and terms and conditions by email. What followed was an extremely frustrating experience.
🚩 Undisclosed additional charges: When I tried to book a property, I was asked to pay an additional ₹2, 000 per night, which had not been disclosed in the terms and conditions email I received before purchasing the membership.
🚩 Booking issues: I was repeatedly told that properties were unavailable despite appearing available online.
🚩 Unacceptable customer service: My attempts to resolve the issue were met with excuses and behaviour I experienced as abusive. The representative who sold me the membership eventually stopped answering my calls.
🚩 Office address concerns: On 10 October 2026, I visited the company’s stated office address in Palghar but could not find Eternal Trips operating there. A nearby office worker told me the company had previously operated at that location. I believe this requires verification by the appropriate authorities.
Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, I have not received a satisfactory resolution and am seeking a full refund of ₹21, 599. I have filed a consumer grievance (Complaint No.[protected] and am submitting a police complaint.
⚠️ MY MESSAGE TO EVERY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER: PLEASE STAY AWAY. DO NOT GET LURED BY THEIR OFFERS OR PROMISES. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this membership to anyone—not even if it were free. A supposedly attractive travel deal is not worth the stress, unexpected costs, and struggle to get answers.
I have supporting emails, payment proof, and complaint records. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money.
Eternal Trips Pvt. Ltd.: I expect accountability, a proper response, and a full refund.
