Dear Cyber Crime Team,
I am writing to formally report an incident of online fraud that occurred during a purchase I made through Instagram.
On 14th September 2025, I ordered a blouse from an Instagram page named "Eternity by Sakshi | Sarees | Blouses". I obtained their contact information from the comment section on one of their posts and placed my order through WhatsApp. I made an initial payment of ₹999 via GPay to confirm the order.
Following the order, I received WhatsApp messages from the number +91-[protected], inquiring about blouse measurements, which I confirmed. Later, I received a call from a delivery person using number +91-[protected], who claimed that his tracking ID was blocked and he couldn't deliver the package. He asked me to contact the seller, who then sent me a QR code and requested an additional payment of ₹998 to "unblock" the order.
Subsequently, I was asked to make more payments in separate amounts of ₹900, ₹98, and finally ₹976, each time being told it was the last amount required for delivery. Trusting their repeated assurances, I made all payments, totaling ₹3, 971 between 14th and 17th September 2025. However, I have still not received the product.

I request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the fraudulent individuals and the Instagram page.
