I am writing to file a formal complaint against a fraudulent company named "Ethical Research", operating as an investment advisory firm, which has deceived me under the pretense of providing stock market investment guidance.

3. Nature of Service Promised:
o Daily two F&O trading levels
o Daily personal guidance on phone
o High returns on investments based on their advice
4. Amount Paid: ₹ 25000
5. Date of Payment:[protected]
6. Mode of Payment: Paytm
What Actually Happened:
• Initially, they contacted me and portrayed themselves as experts in stock market analysis.
• To build trust, they shared 1-2 days of seemingly successful calls.
• Once I registered and paid 25000/- they stopped proper communication.
• I receive a single call from a bad mannered person for future option. he gave me bad advice and it drawned my 24000/- more.
• My investment incurred significant losses due to lack of promised guidance.
This is a clear case of misrepresentation, cheating, and financial fraud. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, there has been no response or refund.
Relief Sought:
1. Full refund of the amount paid – ₹ 25000+ 24000
2. Strict legal action against the individuals and company for fraud
3. Blacklisting or de-registration of the company
4. Prevention of further public cheating by issuing warnings or notifications
I request your urgent intervention in this matter and hope for swift justice.
