I ordered a lehenga from an instagram account named ethniic bazaar on 3 march 2025, the order was done in whatsapp, their whatsapp number is +[protected]. I asked them if they have a retrun policy, so they agreed and there they didn’t mention that the amount will be credited to their store credit and they don’t have a proper website or app for it too.
I asked them for return policy before making an order, they agreed.
When I got the parcel on 8th march in morning, I made an unboxing video of if, in case of any fraud, it was a duplicate of what has shown in their Instagram account of very cheap quality, the lehenga I saw and ordered was fully stitched but they sent me an unstitched, low quality, totally different fabric product. I sent them the unboxing video, asked them for returns. For 3 days they didn’t reply, when I said I will handle this legally, they asked me to send the video, I again sent it. They didn’t reply, for days, they reply, reason for exchange? I said, I want to return it, they said exchange only, no refund . I sent them the message of return which they only sent me. They said there will be no refund, amount will be credited to store credit, I said I want my money back to my original source, they again stopped replying. I said now there will be a legal call to you. They replied weirdly and said normal call, I called them normally, they didn’t reply. It’s been 10 days and there is no step taken.
