[Resolved]  Etripto.in — Fraud Company - not providing detailed final bill and payment receipts

Dear all,
I had availed services of etripto.in for my travel plans to Andamans for 6N7D during[protected] to[protected]. I have paid Rs 15000/- (advance amount) on 01.03.2024 and Rs 30000/- + Rs 18500/- on[protected] towards overall package charges of Rs 63500/-. I am yet to receive receipts for the payments made. Further, the final bill duly containing details of TAXI and/or cruise details & charges etc. are not shared with me so far.
SPOC Ms. Shalu kept on giving false promises since last 5 days but none of promises are kept. Very disgusting post service especially once you paid the amount, they will ignore you as if you were never existed.
Stay away from this company.
