ETS - GRE — Scam

I had registered for GRE Test at home. During the day of the test, I had completed all the formalities with the Proctor. The proctor checked my surroundings, and took access of my computer. The proctor checked my computer system for any other software running in the background. Before starting the test I had passed all the compliance checks successfully with the Proctor. The proctor had control of my computer all this time. After successfully checking everything, the Proctor logged me in for the test. As soon as the proctor logged me in for the test, the test got terminated. The test got terminated before it began and before I could see the questions. My computer was still accessed by the proctor at this time.
The proctor told me that the test got terminated and I need to contact ETS-GRE for further rescheduling.

I mailed them immediately after that and was told due to some software running behind the exam got terminated. They accused me of having an unauthorized software running before or after the test which is quite unrealistic because the proctor had checked the entire system and I had passed the compliance check. They refused to allow me to reschedule my test or to get a refund. I had paid Rupees 24, 000 thousand for this test.

They have asked me to reschedule the entire test again and pay the fees again and won't provide refund.

The entire proctoring process is recorded and I asked them to check the recording as the proctor checked the entire system for any background apps running.

This is really unfair because it is not a small amount to just let go and schedule the exam again.
It took months of hard work for me to earn that amount just to pay for the exam. This is so not fair to pay all over again for being at no fault.
