Ets.org — Not Refunding with False Explanation on my TOEFL IBT Test Home Edition

My Exam was scheduled at 1.10 PM IST on 11th April 2022.
While launching the exam right after Exam Name and Password- Security Error was prompted and Session will be terminated Message appeared.
On which the ProctorU assistant told that you need to get in touch with ETS to reschedule the Exam

The Test didn’t even started and all the applications were closed by the ProctorU Assistant and she confirmed the same on the chat that she has closed all the applications - I did not had the control at anytime she was operating and typing the UserName and Password and the moment they entered the password -The security pop up appeared that the Test is terminating and she told me to get in touch with Toefl IBT as there was some issues from their side.

After multiple chasers via email and calls - I was replied by the Test Integrity Team with a pathetic and impossible explaination.

The Explanation : "We have no reportable score because you had an unauthorized software operating during the test administration and my USD 190 $ was all gone in a second after waiting for more than a month costing me my time and money both, as per the standards and also in my case once User Name Password screen comes we can never switch to other window and when the proctor U assistant already closed and confirmed closing of each single application on my computer - This could never be a possibility that any application was running during the administration of exam, my Test was not even started as it terminated in the Start itself without me gaining any controls of my system or keyboard.

Please help me getting my refunds as these guys on customer calls from IBT TOEFL Side are too rude and they just seem to snatch money by giving any false explanations, This has been the repeated case with many of the fellow students across globe.

Please help me.
